There will be a wide range of craft stalls selling a variety of things including home made produce, plants, jewellery, pottery, glassware and toys

Stallholder Information:

Pitches cost £40. Payable on confirmation of slot. Reduced to £30 if paid before the 1st June 2026.

1. Pitch size is 3m x 3m Gazebo. You will need to bring with you your own 3m x 3m gazebo and tables.

2. Unfortunately it’s not possible to provide electric.

3. We are hoping for sunshine. If rain is forecast we will update you in the days before with a plan.

4. We have a limited number of stall pitches.

5. Stallholders to arrive between 10.30-10.45 and remove vehicles by 11.30.

6. There will be an unloading area within approx 30m of your stall area and subsequent parking will be adjacent to the fete site. Further details will be sent nearer the date. 

7. There will be refreshments available to buy at the fete. 

8. All items are brought to the event at your own risk.

9. Stalls will not be able to move from the site until the end of the event.

10. Stall fees will not be refundable unless we have to cancel.

11. If you would like a double pitch please let us know and we will consider on a case by case basis.

12. Please let us know if you are a charity or would like to be considered for a free pitch.

13. If you find you have a very successful day, we are raising funds for some great local causes. We don’t want to ask you to donate 10% of sales like many other events would do but if you feel like making a further donation then that would be incredibly welcome.
